Is Shopify down, or is it just me?

The Shopify status page reports no problem and our own checks reach shopify.com. If it isn't working for you, the cause is more likely near you: your network, your browser, or a problem only in your area. Try another network or device.

How do we know?

We read the official Shopify status page and load shopify.com from our own probes in several cities. We don't guess from social media posts or reports.

How often do we check?

The status page every few minutes, day and night, and the website every 5 minutes. We keep 90 days of history: a day we have no reading for shows as "no data yet", never as working.
